Product information
We do our best to ensure all product descriptions, images and details are as accurate as possible. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your device or screen settings.
Measurements and fit notes are provided as a guide only and may vary slightly between styles and brands.
Pricing
All prices are listed in NZD and include GST where applicable. The Rose Edit reserves the right to change pricing at any time without notice.
Orders
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order.
The Rose Edit reserves the right to refuse, cancel or refund any order at our discretion, including where a product is unavailable, incorrectly priced, or where fraudulent activity is suspected.
Promotions & sale items
Promotional offers, discounts and sale pricing may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Unless otherwise stated, all sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange or refund. For hygiene reasons, earrings, jewellery and hair accessories are also not eligible for return, exchange or refund unless deemed faulty.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, The Rose Edit is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our website, products or services.
Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you may have under New Zealand consumer law.
