Any sustainability or environmental initiatives, including tree planting, are provided in partnership with third-party organisations and may be updated, modified or discontinued at any time.

Product information

We do our best to ensure all product descriptions, images and details are as accurate as possible. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your device or screen settings.

Measurements, sizing and fit notes are provided as a guide only and may vary between styles and brands.

Pricing

All prices are listed in NZD and include GST where applicable. The Rose Edit reserves the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order.

The Rose Edit reserves the right to refuse, cancel or refund an order where a product is unavailable, incorrectly priced, an error has occurred, or fraudulent activity is suspected.

Returns & exchanges

Eligible items returned within 14 days of delivery may qualify for a refund to the original payment method, store credit or an exchange.

Eligible items returned between 15–30 days of delivery may qualify for store credit or an exchange only. Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for full conditions and exclusions.

Promotions & sale items

Promotional offers, discount codes and sale pricing may be changed or withdrawn at any time unless otherwise stated.

Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange or refund for change of mind. Please choose carefully.

Exclusions

For hygiene reasons, earrings, jewellery and hair accessories are not eligible for return, exchange or refund for change of mind unless deemed faulty.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, The Rose Edit is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our website, products or services.

Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
