Standard New Zealand shipping is a flat rate of $9 NZD.

Enjoy free NZ shipping on orders $80 NZD and over.

Express shipping to Australia is a flat rate of $45 NZD.

Enjoy free express shipping to Australia on orders $250 NZD and over.

Order processing

Orders are carefully packed and processed within 1–3 business days. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Orders are packed and dispatched on business days only.

Delivery timeframes

Once dispatched, New Zealand orders typically arrive within 1–3 business days, depending on your location.

Australian express orders typically arrive within 1–5 business days once dispatched.

Rural and remote addresses may take a little longer.

Tracking your order

You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched, so you can follow your parcel along the way.

Delivery details

Please check your delivery details carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible through our contact form. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to redirect or recover a parcel sent to an incorrectly supplied address.
