Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something doesn’t feel quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging and tags attached.

Refunds

Once your return has been approved and received, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account once processed.

Final sale items

All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Please choose carefully.

Exclusions

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.

Faulty items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

We recommend using a tracked service, as The Rose Edit cannot be responsible for parcels lost in transit.
