A few helpful details for shopping with The Rose Edit.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within New Zealand. We’re an online only boutique, packing and sending orders from the Waikato Region.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 1–5 business days once dispatched. Rural deliveries may take a little longer.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes, you’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order has been sent.
Returns
Can I return an item?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in original condition.
Final pieces + sale items
Items marked as Final Pieces or on sale are final sale. Please choose carefully, as these items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
Faulty items
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos so we can resolve this promptly.
Orders
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been packed yet, we’ll do our best to help. Please email us as soon as possible.
I entered the wrong address
Contact us immediately. If the parcel has already been dispatched, we may not be able to redirect it.
Products & Stock
Will you restock sold out items?
Some pieces may return, however many of our items are limited and may not be restocked.
Our approach
We release pieces slowly and in small quantities to avoid overproduction and waste. This means some items may sell out quickly and not return.
Sizing help
Sizing notes are included on product pages where possible. If you’re unsure, feel free to email us before purchasing.
Gift Cards
How do gift cards work?
Gift cards are delivered via email and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. They are not redeemable for cash.
Payments & Afterpay
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major card payments and Afterpay.
How does Afterpay work?
Afterpay allows you to split your purchase into four interest-free payments. Available on eligible orders at checkout. Late fees and eligibility criteria may apply, please refer to Afterpay’s terms.
