    Do you have a physical store?
    Not at this stage — we’re proudly an online-only boutique based in Waikato, NZ.

    What kind of clothing do you stock?
    We offer brand-new collections from trusted Australian and New Zealand labels. From everyday staples to pieces with a little extra edge, we’ve got you.

    Where are you based?
    We’re based in the Waikato, New Zealand — and we ship across NZ and internationally.

    Can I return something if I change my mind?
    Yes — we accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible items. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.

    How do I make a return?
    Simply email us with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll guide you through it.

    Are accessories returnable?
    Due to hygiene reasons, accessories (including earrings) are final sale and cannot be returned.

    How long does NZ shipping take?
    Orders within New Zealand typically arrive within 2–3 business days. Rural delivery may take a little longer.

    • NZ Rural: $12
    Tracking details will be sent once your parcel is on the way.
